How Does the PharmaCenter Order Pick-Up Work?

Using our PharmaCenter Order Pick-Up you can pick up prescriptions or refills placed for you by your practitioner.
How To Pick Up a Prescription or Refill
If you know your Prescription Reference Number. . . |
Step 1 |
After clicking on Order
Pick-Up, enter your prescription or refill reference
number and click Find.

Step 2 |
Your prescription order and available number of refills will
be shown. You may choose to order just the prescription or,
to take advantage of Shipping Discounts and convenience, pick
up some or all of the available refills.

Step 3 |
Either Check Out and pay for your prescription or
pick up additional prescriptions and refills by returning
to Order Pick-Up.

Step 4 |
If you choose to Check Out, you will be asked to
select your shipping preference, shipping address, and provide
a Visa or MasterCard to pay for the order.

Step 1 |
After clicking on Order
Pick-Up within the PharmaCenter, select
View Current Prescriptions and Refills from the right-hand menu. All current
prescriptions and available refills will be listed with prescription
reference number, available refills, placement date, and expiration
date.

Step 2 |
To view and pick up the desired prescription or refill, click on the prescription reference number, select refill quantity, and click Add to Shopping Cart.
You may choose to order one or all available refills.

Step 3 |
Within Shopping Cart, you may choose to Continue
Check Out or to pick up additional prescriptions or refills
by returning to Order Pick-Up.

Step 4 |
If you choose to Continue Check Out, you will be
asked to select your shipping preference, shipping address,
and provide a valid Visa or MasterCard to pay for the prescription
or refill.

- Current prescriptions are open prescriptions placed less than
12 months prior to the current date, and prescriptions with refills
that have not expired.
- Any prescriptions that have not been picked up or refilled by
the expiration date will be deleted.
- Unless the prescription contains available refills, prescriptions will be deleted from the Current Prescription Order Summary 14 days after payment.
How to View Current Invoices
- After clicking on Order Pick-Up within the PharmaCenter, click View Current Prescriptions and Refills. All current prescriptions and available refills will be listed with prescription reference number, available refills, placement date, and expiration date.
- Click the relevant prescription reference number to view prescription details.
- To see all current invoices associated with the prescription reference number, click View Current Invoices attached to this prescription.
Current invoices are prescriptions or refills picked up and processed within the past 14 days. All invoices are deleted 14 days after payment.
How To Find the Tracking Number for a Shipped Order
- Within Order Pick-Up, click on View Current Prescriptions and Refills.
- Select the relevant prescription reference number.
- Click View Current Invoices attached to this prescription. The Order Tracking Number will be listed and the link to the shipping carrier's website provided.

Discounts apply to orders over $100.
If you do not see the prescription or refill you are seeking, please contact your practitioner to confirm that your order has been submitted.
